About Platerian

Platerian is a public evidence graph for dining in Miami-Dade County: one page per restaurant, cafe, bar, and bakery, built from information that is already public.

What this is

Each venue page distills public review data (ratings, review counts, and the categories and amenities a business has published about itself) into one plain-language read. Nothing on this site comes from a business owner's private accounts, and nothing is collected from anyone's personal social media.

What's live right now

This is a census stage: the coverage is Google's public review data only. Ratings and review counts are shown with the size of the sample they're based on, so a reader can judge how much to trust a given number. Deeper layers (sentiment analysis, review velocity, comparisons across other public review sources) are being built and will only appear on a page once real data supports them for that venue.

Who this is for

People deciding where to eat, and business owners curious how their public profile reads once it's organized in one place.

What this is not

There is no advertising, no paid placement, no pay-to-rank option, and no user accounts on this public research surface. Platerian does not sell listings or promote businesses that pay for visibility.
